At the MIPRO 2021 international conference, the Computers in Education section, the 1st elementary school was represented by principal Siniša Stričak and computer science teacher Ivana Ružić, presenting two professional papers:

'CodeInnova' Teaching Programming in Primary School

The papers represent the project results of two international partnerships for the development of innovations in education:

ARTIE, whose main coordinator is the 1st elementary school Čakovec i

CodeInnova whose main coordinator is Zamojskie Towarzystwo Oświatowe.

A total of 352 scientific and professional papers by authors from thirty different countries were presented at the conference.
